Job Description: What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a roofing mechanic with specific expertise in steep-slope and/or sheet metal.

• Technical Skill: Proficiency with hand tools, power shears, and breaks. Ability to read work orders and execute complex flashing details without constant supervision.

• Safety-Minded: Strict adherence to OSHA standards. We provide the gear; you provide the discipline.

• Professionalism: Valid driver’s license, drug-free, and the ability to communicate effectively with the crew and homeowners.

• Location: Must be able to commute to or relocate to the Baltimore, MD area.
